講演資料はPDFファイルのみを受け付けます。
ファイル名を講演番号と講演者名（講演番号 -氏名.pdf）で保存し，
presentation2026grasslandscience.jpn.org
まで添付ファイルとして提出ください。
なお， PDFファイルは送信前に必ずご自身で動作確認をお願いします。
PDFファイル受付後，
2日以内（土日祝日を除く）に大会事務局より受領メールを返信いたします。
受領メールが届かなかった場合は，meeting2026@grasslandscience.jpn.org
までご連絡ください。

Presentation materials for the Shimane Meeting will be accepted from March 3 to March 17, 5:00 PM (JST).
Only PDF files will be accepted for submission.
Please save your file using the presentation number and presenter’s name in the following format:
PresentationNumber–PresenterName.pdf
and submit it as an email attachment to:
presentation2026@grasslandscience.jpn.org
Please be sure to check the PDF file on your own computer before submission to ensure that it opens and displays correctly.
After we receive your PDF file, the conference secretariat will send you a confirmation email within two business days (excluding weekends and national holidays).
